Loving Loudly Return & Refund Policy
At Loving Loudly, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. As a small business offering personal care and wellness items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Lilly@lovingloudly.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Personal care products (e.g., skincare, balms, oils)
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
