Loving Loudly posts across Australia, New Zealand — and yes, we ship worldwide too! 🌍
How long is shipping and delivery likely to take?
Within Australia and New Zealand, we use Australia Post for standard and express orders; bulk orders go through a courier. Orders are typically lodged the same business day if placed before 3 pm AEST. You’ll see estimated timeframes at checkout.
As a guide:-
- Standard for East Coast is typicaly 2-4 business days
- Western Australia and the Northern Territory are typically 3-6 business days.

How will my gift arrive?
Your parcel arrives as a beautiful gift box, tucked inside plain, non-branded external packaging (so no spoilers!). If there’s no safe space to leave it, it’ll head to your local post office. For hospital deliveries, parcels go via the nurses’ station first to ensure they’re appropriate for the recipient, depending on the ward.
Does someone need to be home to receive their gift?
Not necessarily — parcels will be left in a safe space or taken to the nearest post office if one isn’t available.
Are the orders tracked?
Absolutely! We register parcels using the mobile number provided at checkout, so the recipient receives real-time delivery updates. You’ll also get an email with the tracking number so you can follow along via the Australia Post website. 📦✨
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we frequently deliver to hospitals. Just note: the parcel will go through the nurses’ station to ensure safety, depending on the recipient’s ward. Sometimes following up directly with the hospital is a better option if you can see its 'arrived'. As we know, Nurses have many priorities on the go and they may not realise theres a parcel to go out with handover.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery fees depend on the parcel’s weight and destination. Within Australia, standard or express shipping ranges between $10.95–$19.99. Preselecter Gift boxes over $99 include free
Do you use plastic in your wrappings?
We aim to minimise plastic wherever possible — sustainability matters here. ♻️ Some products are liquid, or come in plastic. If any pastic packaging is used, like bubble wrap, it is because it is being re-purposed from a previous delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Preselected gift boxes over $99 come with free standard shipping (within Australia).
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — though please note, for international orders, food and seed items must be declared at customs. Whether they’re allowed in depends on the destination country, and we cannot refund denied items.

How do the Shower Steamers work?
The Shower Steamers, by Kind Bod's Shower Spells, transform your shower into a sensory retreat. Simply sprinkle the powder on the shower floor, away from direct water flow, and let the wateractivate the aromatic essential oils. For a more intense experience, place the powder in a small dish on a shower shelf, splash with water, and enjoy the lingering fragrance. Please note, you need to create the steam with hot water, and this will disperce the natural fragrances for an elevated and mindful shower moment.
Are your beauty products suitable for senstive skin?
Our natural products are generally gentle for most skin types, however if you have sensitivities please read the listed ingredients and patch test before use.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Oh, absolutely — we love personal touches! Just pop your message in the gift box at checkout. We handwrite every note for that extra dash of care.

I'm buying a gift, will there be an invoice or receipt inside the box?
Nope! You’ll receive a digital invoice via email, but no physical receipt or proof of purchase goes inside the gift box.

How was Loving Loudly conceived?
From the depths of despair, during a hospital admission in Brisbane, our founder Jess envisioned something more meaningful than flowers or chocolates - a gift that truly supported the emotional wellbeing of the person. At the same time, her spoonie sister Mirrillienne was in an inpatient program in Melbourne. Together, they realised how many people longed to help but didn’t know how. Loving Loudly was born to fill that gap.
